Across the two sessions, we will consider how leaders can move beyond headline data and overall averages to understand differences in experience, identify who may be underserved and turn stakeholder insight into meaningful action.
Part 1: The Pupil Experience: Leveraging Kaleidoscopic Data™ and Learning from Pupil Voice

Description: This session will explore how schools and trusts can move beyond simply collecting pupil voice to understand how belonging, safety, inclusion and participation are experienced across their communities.
We will consider whose voices may be missing or overlooked, why overall averages can conceal important differences between groups, and how Kaleidoscopic Data™ brings quantitative evidence and lived experience together. Participants will leave with practical questions and approaches for gathering, interpreting and acting on pupil voice more meaningfully.
