How the Platform Works
1. Define the evidence question
We begin with what your organisation needs to understand, not with a generic survey.
Together, we clarify your context, communities, priorities and intended use of the evidence.
2. Build the whole-community picture
Leadership evidence sits alongside the experiences of staff and students, with Parent & Carer Voice joining the Platform in Spring 2027.
Partners select the evidence routes and participation windows appropriate to their setting or system.
3. Listen inclusively
Accessible, anonymous routes help people share their experiences with greater confidence.
Survey design, language and implementation guidance support meaningful participation.
4. See patterns and narratives
Dashboards bring together quantitative findings and qualitative insight, with demographic and intersectional filters that reveal variation hidden by averages.
5. Interpret the evidence
Kaleidoscope helps leaders connect participant experience with organisational context, policy, practice and culture.
Evidence is a starting point for professional interpretation, not an automated verdict.
6. Act and learn
Partners develop priorities and an action plan, supported by the Champion Hub, learning resources, whole-staff training and repeat evidence windows that show how experience changes over time.
