Partners can repeat included evidence streams during their partnership without an additional survey-window charge, subject to reasonable technical fair use.
Repeating evidence collection allows you to see change over time and helps organisations understand whether action is making a difference.

Longer commitments may be supported through price protection rather than large introductory discounts.
A central partnership with group-level value
Trust and group partnerships combine the complete Platform offer with central onboarding, coordination, group communications, activation monitoring, central reporting and ongoing relationship management.
Pricing reflects the number of participating settings and creates an economy of scale. Savings start for trusts with 5 or more settings, beginning at £7,500. This fee includes the central onboarding work and ongoing reporting.

Local authority and system partnerships are tailored to the place, participating settings, rollout, evidence requirements and support model.
Organisational partnerships would normally run for a minimum of two years, allowing time for implementation, longitudinal evidence and evaluation of change.
