DEIB Data and Stakeholder Voice (Part 2 Staff)

Overview

Belonging is high on the agenda for schools and trusts. Join The Belonging Effect and Kaleidoscope for a free two-part webinar series exploring what pupil and staff voice can reveal about inclusion, belonging and organisational culture.

Across the two sessions, we will consider how leaders can move beyond headline data and overall averages to understand differences in experience, identify who may be underserved and turn stakeholder insight into meaningful action.

Part 2: The Staff Experience: The Staff Experience — Leveraging Kaleidoscopic Data™ and Learning from Staff Voice
