Kaleidoscope research featured in Nets and Anchors

We are delighted to see Kaleidoscope’s research referenced in Nets and Anchors: School-Based Community Leadership, a new vision paper published by Work Collaborative.

Led by Tamara Zaple Rolfs FCCT and the School-Based Community Leadership Working Group, the paper explores how school groups can build shared strength while keeping each school rooted in its own community.

It brings together research, case studies and questions for leaders, trustees, governors and community partners, with an emphasis on listening to children and families and understanding the places schools serve.

The accompanying Policy and Research reading collection features our Founder & Director of Research & Impact, Dr Nicole Ponsford’s doctoral thesis, Intentional Inclusion: Investigating Equitable Education and Intersectional EdTech, alongside a link to Kaleidoscope.

This connection matters to our work. Understanding inclusion means understanding the relationships, identities and experiences within each community, and ensuring these inform decisions across the system.

We are pleased to see Kaleidoscopic Data™ contributing to this wider conversation about community, leadership and educational change.
